FairShare Vacation Rental Management is a local full-service vacation rental management company that focuses on unforgettable guest experiences and hands-off property management for our homeowner clients. We take care of all logistics including reservations, home inspections, pricing and payments, check-in/out, preventive and emergency maintenance, guest support, cleaning services and management.

Jane Hooper

CEO and Owner Relations

Originally from Australia, Jane fell in love with Canmore in 2006 and never went home! An animal scientist and teacher in her “first” career, a love of organizing things led to various project management roles and the inception of FairShare in 2017. Passionate about education, Jane joined the Vacation Rental Management Association on day 1, and has used the knowledge and relationships built through this industry membership to create a successful vacation rental management business that prides itself on always being at the forefront of industry innovation. With husband Shaun, Jane spends her non-work time with her dogs Anni and Scooby (FairShare mascots!), skiing and rock climbing.

Jessica Hooper

General Manager

Jessica also hails from Oz, and after completing a Masters in (Jess insert here) she discovered that a passion for the mountains outweighed her passion for science, and she made Canmore her permanent home. Utilizing her formidable skill in analytics and critical thinking, Jess has evolved from summer jobs in FairShare housekeeping to senior management of the day to day workings of the multi-faceted business that is vacation rentals.
