If quality and style are important to you, this is the perfect space for your Rocky mountain adventure. Pictures do not do justice to the superb craftsmanship and the stunning. views from every window. With only 3 apartments in the building, all located on one floor, it is very private. Please note; there is a restaurant downstairs so there is the potential for some noise on occasion.
We are perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, great restaurants & bars, coffee shops & supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and the stunning bathroom is stocked with Rocky Mountain Soap Co body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luxury hotel linens and brand new high-end mattresses complement the chic bedrooms, and ensure a great night's sleep. This apartment is perfectly suited to families or groups of friends. If you are a group needing more than one unit, talk to us about a group booking for all three.
Town of Canmore License # RES-09955
There are stairs in this complex, from the ground floor to the first floor where the units are. It is therefore, not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone who has difficulty climbing one flight of stairs.
2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The condo is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Ankor (downstairs) or Crazyweed Kitchen, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10 minute walk from the condo.
Local Roam transit is free, check the timetables in the condo. There are connections to Banff and Lake Louise via Roam if you don't fancy driving. We recommend taking public transit to and from Banff if you are only planning on a trip to the town itself. Otherwise a car is useful, or hook up with one of the many tour companies offering to take you to the sights in the park itself.
There is a restaurant downstairs so you may hear occasional noise from guests entering or leaving the premises at night.

I found this space last minute and I'm so glad I did. We spent two nights here (me, my husband and my parents). It's a beautiful property, so well kept, clean, cozy and lovely interiors. The location is perfect too and we were able to easily explore Canmore downtown by walking.
Jane was very responsive and I loved the local recommendations they provided. It helped us plan our stay better.
My parents loved the space too and found it very comfortable.
We now have a space we know we will be booking every time we want to visit the Rockies! Definitely recommend it!

Our stay here was great. The location was easy to find and suited our needs perfectly. There was lots of space for four of us and the apartment was clean. The location was great for people who want to travel to Banff and Jasper and was close to all amenities in Canmore. It also offered a great view from the balcony.

Overall very satisfied with Jane's.
Facility : The view from the bedroom one and balcony is very nice. Best of all, the bed is fine. Recommended for those who has priority on good sleep. The kitchen has everything you need. (no aluminum foil though)
Location : There are places to eat within walking distance across the street. Banff is a short drive away.
Communication : Jane is kind and answers right away. In particular, it was very helpful as Jane immediately provided necessary information such as check-in and check-out procedures. There is also a guest book in the house, which is fun to read.
Overall : If you are planning a trip to Banff, Jane's is a very good choice. recommend.

We had a great time at Jane's place. Jane was extremely responsive to our questions. The place is exactly as described and has a lot of restaurants around. The only issue was the unit did not have air conditioning which would be helpful during the summer when temperatures are higher. However, Jane was really helpful when we asked for extra fans. Highly recommended this place to anyone visiting Canmore.

As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home! Beautiful, bright space with all the comforts of home. I loved the recommendations for restaurants. We had a lovely drink/appetizers at where the buffalo roam. The location is great—our family of 5 biked everywhere and enjoyed some beautiful hikes in Banff National park. We’re used to A/C, but on the warm days there were fans and used the blinds to cool the condo down. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and we can’t wait to come back!

We travelled from Toronto Ontario & this was the first time for 3/4 of us to experience the mountains. This place was perfect. The location was incredible!!
Jane was very responsive. We had a slight issue checking in due to concerns with the keypad but Jane was very responsive and was on site within minutes to assist us.
This was the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in. The Rocky Mountain soap and Eclipse coffee was a great local touch so much so that we ordered some for home!

Our family of four (with a toddler and baby) had a very comfortable stay in Jane’s listing. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We appreciated the use of locally roasted coffee grains and quality local soaps. It was walkable distance to the town Center. We stayed in Canmore a few times now and we love the city and proximity to Banff and Lake Louise. We would recommend this listing to others!
