The condo is stocked with locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm, including complimentary local Eclipse coffee, a Keurig coffee maker, tea, sugar, cooking oil and BBQ spices. The private deck has seating and a BBQ, the perfect place to relax and enjoy those amazing views in the summer, or cozy up on the couch and look at those same views from the warmth of the living room with romantic gas fireplace.

The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!). It is best suited for couples or families and there is extra accommodation for 1-2 people in the comfy sofa bed if you need it. Please note the master bedroom is a loft, so it is open to the main living area downstairs, and the bathroom in the loft is open to the bedroom. The two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub (just across the hall) are a welcome place to revive sore muscles after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym in the building. Hot tubs and gym are shared facilities.

Canmore offers loads of opportunities for the adventurous and serene alike. Hike, bike, climb, ski, white water raft or canoe, and when you need a little downtime, settle with a picnic blanket and a book in a park besides the river in summer, or cozy up in front of the fire in winter. Please note: Hot Tub A is currently out of order as of Jan 2025 - waiting for parts.

Guests may access all areas of the condo itself, and everywhere in the 3 buildings that comprise Canmore Crossing. This includes the two rooftop hot tubs and 3 fitness rooms (one per building).

This downtown neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk to main St. Supermarkets and coffee shops are even closer, in the adjacent complex. Drive 15 minutes to reach the boutiques and sights of Banff, and ski, bike, and hike in nearby Banff National Park.

Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is free public transportation around Canmore and to/from Banff (Banff return is $12). Information about Canmore and Banff Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.

Please note: There are internal stairs in this property. This property is not air conditioned and it can get warm in summer. Please reach out if you need air conditioning and we can direct you to one of our air conditioned properties.

Well located Airbnb in Canmore, about 10 min walk from downtown. Check in and parking instructions were very detailed thanks to the host. 2 parking spots but 1 car will block the other in. The Airbnb on paper was exactly as listed, but maybe expectations vs reality was a little different. The upstairs loft bathroom toilet didn’t have a door, only a curtain, making it a little awkward to use. We mainly only used the downstairs bathroom for #2 and showering. The upstairs bathroom also had no door or any enclosure whatsoever, it was entirely open to the upstairs bedroom, with no shower or curtain to cover. We had to line up to shower downstairs. The downstairs shower drained very slowly, and although I did communicate this to the host and they came to “fix” it, it was not really fixed. Seems from reviews this has been a problem since 2022. Other than the bathroom issues, we enjoyed our stay here, but for larger groups perhaps this is not the Airbnb for you. Seems more for couples.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo with mountain views and steps to grocery stores and downtown. So convenient! Super clean and great to have access to hot tub after long days of hiking.
