Heart of Canmore - Pet Friendly with Shared Rooftop Hot Tub
A lot of love has gone into renovating this condo to create the perfect base for your mountain adventures all year around. Everything is brand new, the kitchen is a cook's delight, and the condo is stocked with locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. Relax knowing your vehicle is safe with one dedicated parking stall in the heated underground parkade.
The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!). The apartment is best suited for couples or families and there is extra accommodation for two in the comfy sofa bed with memory foam mattress if you need it. The two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub (just one floor up) are a welcome place to revive sore muscles after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym in the building.
Canmore offers loads of opportunities for the adventurous and serene alike. Hike, bike, climb, ski, white water raft or canoe, and when you need a little downtime, settle with a picnic blanket and a book in a park besides the river in summer, or cosy up in front of the fire in winter.

You have access to all of the condo, and the hot tubs and fitness amenities in Canmore Crossing. Hot tub reservations are currently required. Booking site received upon booking confirmation.
This downtown neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk to main St. Supermarkets and coffee shops are even closer, in the adjacent complex. Drive 15 minutes to reach the boutiques and sights of Banff, and ski, bike, and hike in nearby Banff National Park.
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is free public transportation around Canmore and paid transit to/from Banff and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore and Banff Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.
Please note: This building is not air conditioned and while it does have fans for the bedrooms, and a portable AC in the living room, it can get a little warm on hot summer days. If AC is important to you, this might not be the best fit for you, so please talk to us and let us offer a similar, alternative option that does have AC.
Please note, the hot tub jets in Building A and C are not working at present (Feb 2026), we are waiting on an update as to when that will be fixed

I highly recommend this location at Canmore Crossing to everyone. We have stayed in Canmore a few times before, and find Canmore Crossing our favorite, and Jane's property was the best so far. The place was spotless, looked just like the pictures, linens were outstanding, parking, elevator couldn't have been any more convenient. Loved that we could park after a long day of hiking, and walk wherever we wanted for dinner. Easy to run over to the grocery store, Canadian tire, Starbucks and more. Her recommendation for Gear up bike shop was a huge plus when we rented bikes to ride to Banff. They allowed us to keep the bikes overnight and return the next morning. Communication was quick and responsive. I would definitely book again. Annette

Very high standard of accommodation, spacious, well equipped (including laundry facility). Bigger than expected so really comfortable for a family of four. Allocated parking space was a bonus. Canmore is a very nice small town, particularly the town centre and beyond to the Bow river (walkable from the accommodation) with amazing views of the mountains. A useful welome folder was provided, along with leaflets and maps and the Visitor Information Center at the edge of town definitely worth calling into for more information on places to go and things to do.

Jane’s condo is beautiful!
The condo was surrounded by shops/grocery stores which made prepping meals easy.
Walking distance to Canmore’s town centre.
I love the big windows that’s let you enjoy the scenery from the living room.

We loved our stay at Jane’s! The Airbnb was clean, spacious and so comfortable. There was a grocery store and all the amenities we needed right at our door step and so many pretty walks as well. Superb location and views. Excellent decor and amenities. Some minor hiccups with check-in but hosts are very responsive and proactive and resolved immediately. The unit was also very clean and comfortable, although some minor things could be fixed or updated, the overall experience was near perfect.

We had an awesome time at Jane's place.
so so clean and exactly as pictured.
Everything was within walking distance which was so convenient. Host was very quick to respond and the check in instructions were very clear.

They thought of the little things…fresh coffee beans and coffee bean grinder, make up towels for preventing stains, soft fluffy bath towels. Side tables in the bedrooms which contained lights and USB charging ports.
Great TV options, beautiful mountain views, convenience to downtown and shopping!
We wish we would’ve booked the hot tubs in advance as there were no bookings for evening times. We didn’t realize this was important at the time!
Also we had some elevator issues, but Jane and Shaun responded promptly to our concerns and inquiries.
Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this as a vacation stay in Canmore!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Canmore, a short walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. The unit itself is comfortable with everything needed to cook, and two large bedrooms / bathrooms for the guests. The unit is easy to access from the freeway, which was nice as we headed to the mountains each morning. Would definitely stay here again!
