McAuley Manor - Mountain Views, Downtown Location
If quality, space and convenience are important to you, this is the perfect apartment for your Rocky mountain adventure. Pictures do not do justice to the downtown location and the stunning views from every window. Perfectly located within a short walk to downtown with its great restaurants & bars, coffee shops, galleries and shopping. For the fundamentals, you are literally across the parking lot from a supermarket plus liquor store, and Shoppers Drug Mart is across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including local Eclipse coffee (and a grinder to make it fresh!), tea, sugar, condiments and all the kitchen basics. The bathrooms are stocked with local lush Public Goods and Rocky Mountain Soap Company body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luxury hotel bed and bath linens professionally laundered to ensure maximum cleanliness give you comfort and peace of mind. A brand new sofa bed in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests (new pictures to come soon). One dedicated parking space just outside the building, plus extra parking in the adjacent Save On parking lot.

Guests have access to the entire unit, situated in a very quiet building with secure access by keypad
Railway Avenue is so close to downtown Canmore, yet easily accessible for quick getaways to the local ski hills in the morning by either your personal vehicle, or the Roam bus which is directly opposite the condo (with connections in Banff to Sunshine and Lake Louise).
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is a few minutes ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up on Bow Valley Trail, or Sports Expert just across the street. Or grab a fat bike from Rebound Cycles on Main St and try out the trails in winter!

The location of McAuley Manor is hard to beat with its access to shopping and proximity to Canmore's social centre.
We were comfortable inside and enjoyed the view outside.

We had an excellent stay - the location is perfect for walking anywhere in Canmore, right next to a grocery store and restaurants. It has everything we needed and plenty of space. The host was very easy to contact and responsive to questions. The highway and national park are very easy to access from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent 4 nights at Jane’s place during our trip to Banff National Park. It is a nice apartment which is conveniently located with easy parking. The rooms were tidy and linen and the apartment overall was very clean. Jane responded to all our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay here.

Comfortable and convenient! We arrived at 2am due to delays and didn’t appreciate the condo completely until we woke up to the amazing view! Wow!
The beds were super comfortable after long days of site seeing! The water pressure was super nice, also! The convenience of the grocery store and Tim Horton’s was fantastic! Easy check in and the elevator was a huge plus!
It is definitely a must stay again for us!

Loved Jane’s place. It was great to have super close/reserved parking. Felt like a safe building. A grocery store is right across the parking lot, and short walks to shops and restaurants - so location is great! Cozy inside, and so convenient having a washer and dryer! Would stay here again!

Our stay at Jane's place was great & hope to stay again. It's in such a very convenient location, just a quick walk to the main town area, and just across a parking lot from a large supermarket and also a big hardware store which seems to stock almost everything you might think you'll need (e.g. bear spray, yoga mats, household essentials, etc.). If you're a runner like me, its perfectly located for access to local trails, such as the Legacy Trail, Spurline Trail and all the trails that loop round the town. The apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished and felt very homely as compared to some other commercial Airbnb's we've stayed in, which can often be quite sterile. The kitchen was well equipped (apart from a bread knife) and Jane had thought of almost everything you might need - we didn't really need to buy anything other than food during our stay. Would very much recommend a visit to Eclipse Coffee Roasters, Communitea Cafe and JACEK Chocolate (inside Stonewaters).

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We loved the two separate bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone to get ready.
The code/locking mechanism on the outside of the door was initially a little tricky to figure out. (Tip: you have to push the door in slightly before it unlocks completely/you can open it) but we didn't have any problems once we made it into the building.
It is located across from the grocery store, which is convenient, but there are a lot of cars through the day.
The location of the condo is on one of the busier streets/across from the fire dept, so a little noisier while sitting on the balcony - we didn't mind it, but just others might.
Overall we had a wonderful time & would stay here again! We loved the mountain view from the balcony, the beds/linens were super comfy, & the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive & notified us of a power outage asap.

The condo is extremely comfortable and well maintained. The host is very responsive to any request or question. The beds were very comfortable. The condo has a beautiful view of the mountains (three Sisters), but it is located on a busy street; However, the road noise dissipates at nighttime as there is verry little traffic. If revisiting the area, I would definitely book the location again. Thanks for hosting us Jane.

We had a very comfortable stay at Jane's place. It is a beautiful condo with a modern and very well-stocked kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable especially the one in the smaller bedroom. The unit is situated in a shopping area which made it just a trifle hard to find, so clarifying the location instructions just a bit more might be good. The entrance to the building is across the street from Save-On Foods.
Canmore is a beautiful place and you can see the mountains up close from the unit. The unit has all amenities you might want in a home, the bed linens were of an excellent hotel-quality. We'd come and stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you Jane for being such a thoughtful host!

Great location! Very walkable and beautiful surroundings. The place has everything you need to be able to cook meals. The downside was no AC and the first day was HOT, but then it cooled off and it was perfect with the windows open. This is a great landing spot while you are exploring Banff.

Great place - nice views, well set up kitchen and fairly good for small children. Good value, and convenient location for downtown Canmore/Elevation place. We had a slight problem getting in the first time, but the hosts replied within seconds and solved the issue. Would certainly stay here again!

We stayed in this condo in February and loved it! Gorgeous mountain views from every window, very clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, and has a nice balcony (went out there every day to see the amazing mountain views from it!). The location is perfect! Many stores and restaurants are walking distance, loved having the dedicated parking spot, and Banff National Park is not far. Hoping to come back and stay here next year!

Great location - on one side, very close to bank, grocery, liquor store, sporting good store, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, all amenities; on other side, spectacular view of mountains and town of Canmore. Even close to EMS, pharmacy and fire department.
The inside of the unit is large, spacious, very well stocked and everything works. Large washer and dryer were appreciated. Beautiful balcony, with BBQ would make a great reason to come back in summer! Really appreciated the gas fire place. Very quiet.
Overall, a great place to visit.
