Complimentary heated underground parking for one vehicle is included, plus a storage locker for all your adventure toys.

Guests have access to all parts of the condo without restriction. Please note there are 7 stairs from the elevator to the condo entrance.
Boardwalk lies just metres from Main St in downtown Canmore so you can walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping. Policeman's Creek runs right behind the building, and has a stunning boardwalk loop where you can engage with the local birdlife and enjoy peace and tranquility right in the middle of town. Elevation Place recreation centre is just across the street. Supermarkets and liquor stores are a five minute walk away. If your days plans involve heading to Banff National Park or Kananaskis Country you are just 2 minutes drive to jump on the highway. There are two off leash dog parks (one fenced and the other not) within 2-5 minutes drive - ask us for details if this is something your four legged friend might like. The river walking trails are 5 minutes down Main St and offer stunning flat walking trails by the beautiful Bow River, perfect if you have your dog with you.
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up on Bow Valley Trail (see the Welcome Book for details).
This property is not air conditioned. If AC is important to you please reach out to us and we can direct you to an alternative property if we have one available. It is also beside Railway Avenue, which does mean some road noise if you have the windows or patio door open.

We had a wonderful stay at Canmore thanks to Jane's wonderful home. We happened to reach two hours early and Jane was extremely accomodating in that regard. The check-in process was smooth and getting into the unit was done effortlessly. Parking was exclusive and the spot was under the actual building.
There was a beautiful view of the mountain from the room which was breathtaking to get up to. All the amenities were as listed and the place was spotless. Thoughtful touches like a welcome chocolate, board games and an ironing station were always welcome.
We had 5 days to cover Banff, Golden and the Columbia icefields and the location was ideal. Stores like the supermarket and Sobeys Liquor are nearby for supplies.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay which will definitely be in consideration of we happen to visit Canmore or neighboring areas. Thank you again, Jane, for the wonderful stay!

Amazing location, easy to walk down town, to the market and river trails. Great kitchen for making some home meals. Unfortunately there is no A/C thus does heat up when there isn’t a breeze.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful view of the three sisters. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked (we made dinner twice). Groceries stores two blocks away. Downtown one block away! Such a great location.
It may get warm though, so the fans provided are helpful to bring in the outside air

Nicely set up accommodations, with extra surprises such as the coffee grinder with fresh beans. Care was obviously taken to create a comfortable space. That includes the pull out sofa, which was level and nice for two adults.
The parking spot did require taking the time and care to think through… but overall conveniently located in terms of unloading, etc. The new front lock required pushing in carefully while turning, perhaps an security innovation, yet tricky.
There is a nice boardwalk path behind the building, accessed from the next cross street. You can also see the Elevation center across the street from the unit.

Clean, great location and enjoyed the stay. I would stay here again. View of the three sisters mountains were amazing from this place. Parking spot inside garage was a plus as it seems pardoning is a premium in the area and hard to find. Just be aware its not meant for large vehicles. We barely fit in Chevy Silverado truck. Tight fit.
Great that it was so close to town! Lots to do in the area and location to seeing the sites was great!
Screen door to balcony needs repair but didn’t effect our stay. Sink in bathroom was slow to drain (plunger thing to let water out not functioning properly, but worked ok so no big complaints.

Was very satisfied with my stay. Worked well for me. Parking oversized vehicle is a little problematic but we found a solution and it was manageable.

The Morningside property has amazing mountain views and is located just a few steps from Downtown Canmore. It is a great spot for cross-country skiers who like to ski in Canmore and Kananaskis. Don’t worry if you rather stay indoors as a well range of digital tv subscriptions and games are provided.
Morningside is a lovely and elegant place to stay. It has a well equipped kitchen, a delightful bed and a heated parking space.
