2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. Directly opposite Ravens Peak is a walkway to take you across the railway line and straight to the supermarkets and then on to downtown.
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes (and skis) can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk across the street from the home.
There are stairs in this unit, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues and/or small children. The furnishings and decor are very high end, so it is best to suited to adults and older children.

This place is a gem of a find. Canmore is such a beautiful town that is in the heart of the mountains with views everywhere you look, without all the chaos that Banff has. This place has amazing amenities, is very clean, and the Hot tub is super easy to use. The hosts are very kind, communicate very clearly, and are quick to respond. I would love to come back and stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were very nice- it was especially nice to have the hot tub all to ourselves after a long day of skiing. Location was very convenient and parking was easy. Plenty of space for 3 people. Kitchen was well stocked and we were easily able to make several meals (including using the grill once). We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Place was super clean and comfortable, with quality linens and toiletries. Hot tub was such a nice perk after a full day of skiing. Good places to walk to for food as well (we enjoyed The Blake quite a bit!) Very much appreciated the easy checkout process (basically just start the dishwasher before u leave) as we had to catch a morning flight from Calgary.
