"Rocky Mountain High" - Private hot tub!
Located 15 minutes from Banff and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely South-facing covered patio to enjoy a glass of wine or early morning coffee, and the fresh mountain air. Wood floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace and high end furnishings complete the luxury feeling. The bed and bath linens are 5-star hotel quality, and professionally laundered. The condo has private high-speed internet so you can enjoy all your personal streaming channels.
We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural Rocky Mountain Soap bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).
The apartment is on two levels and is best suited for families or groups of friends in 3 spacious, well appointed bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has a huge bathroom with a soaker tub. Also on this level is the rooftop deck and hot tub, with seating for the whole tribe. On the main floor is the kitchen, bathroom with combined tub/shower, living room, dining room (seats 8) and two spacious bedrooms (one with king bed, one with two queen beds). Grand Rockies Resort amenities offer a pool, waterslide and communal hot tubs to relax in after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym on the 3rd floor. If you don't fancy cooking there's a great restaurant on site, and a couple more within a 5 minute walk.
Our summer calendar fills fast so we recommend you book early or send us a message if you have any unanswered questions. If you are traveling on a budget, we are always ready to strike a deal in the quiet season! Our goal is to provide a great mountain experience for great people, so get in touch if you’d like to discuss details of your holiday with us direct.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the two child friendly pools and shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs on the main level, plus the restaurant/bar.
Grande Rockies Resort is conveniently located near the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. Blake Restaurant is literally next door, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is across the street. There's also a small retail area 2 minutes walk away (Shops of Canmore) and our beautiful downtown is just a 10 minute walk.
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.
There are internal stairs in this property.
Pool maintenance: On January 12th through January 14th 2026 the annual pool slide maintenance, hot tub and wading pool will commence.
It is estimated it will take three days to complete all maintenance. January 12-13 the pool will be unavailable but the hot tub will still be useable. On January 14 the pool will open and the hot tub will close. All facilities are expected to reopen January 15th, 2026

We can’t say enough about Canmore or our beautiful accommodation at “Rocky Mountain High” located within the Grande Rockies resort. Our unit, managed by Jane and Shawn, was pristinely clean, spacious and well-outfitted, including a large kitchen, dining and living area; three large bedrooms; two large washrooms; full size washer and dryer; and a large closet that included drying racks for wet gear. The “pièce de résistance” was the large private hot tub and deck with views of the Three Sisters. Simply too stunning to describe! The large kitchen and dining room was outfitted with everything you might need. While we didn’t cook, we had the pleasure of five-star take-out meals from the on-site restaurant, which was a fabulous way to achieve in-home dining without the work. The welcome binder from Jane and Shawn was very helpful in terms of things to do in Canmore, and it helped us plan our activities and restaurants. The Banff area has been a bucket list for me since my 20s! I brought all 4 kids here (ages 19-30) and we had a blast exploring, hiking, walking around in an ice field. The property was in a little off-beat location (by 10 minutes) and immaculate, with all amenities! I'm a jacuzzi whisperer, and the private hot tub - with straight on views of the Three Sisters -- was used every day. The kitchen was well stocked, ample linens throughout, very clean property. and when the garage code was changed unexpectedly by the building -- our hostess responded within 3 minutes to find out what the code had been changed to. We'll be back!!

Great place to stay outside the banff. Good place for 6 people. Whole family loved this place. So sad that I could not enjoy doing hot tub and watch stars in the sky at night due to the smoke. It is beautiful place. Recommend for big family

Jane was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our visit. Pre arrival directions were clear and easy to follow. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. There was building maintenance scheduled to cut off hot water for the next day and Jane emailed the afternoon before about the maintenance so we were able to plan accordingly. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by the condo. The kids found a great basket of games to play in the evening and at rainy times. The hot tub/balcony views were fabulous and we felt right at home and slept well after all our daily adventures. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage cooking a few meals while we were there. Remember to take reusable shopping bags with you to stores-we left a few behind to pass on to other travelers. My only suggestion would be that Jane would add a small cooler for guests to use when traveling through the parks. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Great location - easy to jump on the highway and get to Banff or lake Louise…. But far enough away to enjoy the mountain serenity without the crowds! We loved this property. My kids loved the pool and water slide. Very responsive and helpful host. Would for sure stay again!!

Beautiful condo, very spacious and very large rooms which was perfect for a group of girls for a get away. Condo was very clean and had everything you need for an amazing get away. Rooftop private hot tub and deck is amazing to spend time with family/friends during your stay. Hosts were very accommodating as some of my girlfriends asked for an early check in to surprise me with some decorating for a special weekend. Hosts checked in mid stay to make sure everything was going well. Also had underground parking which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely delightful. It's incredibly cozy, comfortable, and beyond gorgeous. The hosts were super quick to respond to every question, and when we had a small issue with an appliance they were on it right away getting us an answer. The kitchen is very well-stocked (yes, there's even a cheese grater which is rare in BnB's), you'll find tons of linens and cleaning supplies; you can walk right in and be at home. We found it to be quiet and peaceful, and let's be honest - a private hot tub is definitely one of the best parts of this place (and half the reason you're probably here!). We can't wait to stay here again, it was absolutely perfect for our little group - after our days in the mountains, we were all stoked to head back to the BnB to truly unwind.

Great place, very responsive hosts. Would always check in to make sure things are going well. Only issue is the oven, which did not work due to some part issue. However, even with that would book again and don’t regret the stay.

We shared the condo with another family and the unit fit all 8 of us comfortably. The kitchen was functional and stocked with all essentials plus extras. The kids enjoyed the pool plus it was nice to have the private hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. We would definitely book this place again.
