This beautiful home is loved, and it shows in the beautiful furnishings and extra touches, the amazing kitchen with huge island and granite countertops, and all the extras like 5* hotel linens and luxury Public Goods amenities. No expense has been spared in creating this wonderful space for you to enjoy. As soon as you step into the spacious entrance and then into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area you will feel your worries slip away. This corner unit offers exceptional light and mountain views. Enjoy a meal at the dining table, grab a coffee at the kitchen island, or step out onto the deck off the living area to fire up the BBQ and admire the views. Back inside, chill out with some Netflix while you warm your toes by the gorgeous stone fireplace. When it's time to retire, choose from two queen bedrooms. The master suite offers a private deck as well as the most luxurious bathroom with walk in glass shower, a stand alone soaker tub and twin vanities. Not to be outdone, the guest bathroom offers the same level of luxury in a stunning, huge glass walk in shower. Both bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment, offering quiet and privacy from the living area. Each has amazing natural light and incredible mountain sunrise views.

If that's not enough to tempt you, let me entice you with the wonderful hot tub (shared) to soak away sore muscles after a day of mountain adventure. When you are good and relaxed, step just outside the door to The Alder Grocery + Cafe, for fantastic food, a French patisserie, gourmet butcher and international market. Just next door is Bridgette's Bar. Voted #1 bar in Calgary, the Canmore location is as good, if not better!

Spring Creek Village is a bespoke village of great beauty, nestled amongst the trees and creeks, yet just 5 minutes walk to downtown Canmore. It is far and away Canmore's premier accommodation location. Complementary heated underground parking for one vehicle provided.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the hot tub and fitness room, which are shared amenity for the use of all building residents and guests.

Spring Creek Village s is in a fabulous downtown location just 5 minutes walk to Main St, yet close enough to the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. In addition to The Alder Cafe & Bridgette's Bar, The Stirling Lounge at The Malcolm Hotel is just up the road, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is on Main St. Check out our Welcome Book in suite for more wonderful restaurant and shopping opportunities in downtown Canmore.

Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo. Public transit within Canmore is free. Transit to Banff and Lake Louise requires pre-payment, and you can pick up tickets from Rusticana Grocery Store and the Town of Canmore office in Downtown Canmore.

Work is now underway on a new restaurant on the ground floor of the building, and there will be periods of disruption—particularly in Building B—with comparatively less disruption expected in Building A (where this unit is). This may include intermittent loud drilling and banging. Construction is scheduled Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In recognition of the building’s short-term rental use, the contractor has committed to commencing higher-noise activities, such as drilling, after 10:00 a.m. Guests will be advised ahead of time of any higher-noise activities. The project is currently anticipated to be completed in early May.

This unit is heated and cooled by a geothermal system. Please note that any changes you make to the thermostat will not be felt immediately, but a temperature change will occur over 1-2 hours.

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip to the Canadian Rockies! We loved how we could walk to many restaurants, and it was not very far from the city of Banff either. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the views of the sunrise each morning were spectacular! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting Katelyn, lovely guest and highly recommended to other hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was well equipped with premium products (higher end TV, Range, Dishwasher etc), clean and exactly as described and shown in the listing photographs. The host was responsive on chat and the instructions to check in and out were clear. The location is convenient with easy access to stores, restaurants and the freeway. We will consider booking this again when we are in the area next.

We couldn't be more happy with the cozy, beautiful location at 1010 Spring Creek (Canmore, Alberta). Jane and her staff were proactively communicating with us and available to answer any questions before and after our arrival. The amenities were perfect - exactly what was shown and what we were expecting. Four people in a two bedroom layout with a gorgeous view of the little community surrounded by mountains. Perfect place to stay in Canmore. The place itself is super clean, very comfortable, and is equipped with everything you need. Convenient place to walk to downtown Canmore along the creek. Saw multiple elk each day. Location is in a new and upcoming area so there is some construction nearby currently but won’t be a problem once it’s all completed. Only side effect of that is some dust on the patio but easy to wipe off. Multiple bars and restaurants and shops on the same block as this place. Would stay here again!
