The apartment is on one level and is best for a couple, but we can accommodate an extra person or two on the sofa bed in the living room. There is room to work or study at the breakfast bar. Rundle Cliffs Lodge offers shared amenities including a hot tub with incredible mountain views, games room and fitness room. If you don't fancy cooking there's a great restaurant next door in the Stirling Grill and Lounge, and many more to choose from just 5 minutes walk away downtown.
Our summer calendar fills fast so we recommend you book early or send us a message if you have any unanswered questions. If you are traveling on a budget, we are always ready to strike a deal in the quiet season! Our goal is to provide a great mountain experience for great people, so get in touch if you’d like to discuss details of your holiday with us direct.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the shared hot tub (stunning mountain views) on the 3rd floor, games room on the 2nd floor (next to the elevator) and the fitness room on the 1st floor.
Rundle Cliffs Lodge is conveniently located just a short walk to downtown, yet with easy access to the highway to allow for a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. Stirling Lounge and Grill is literally next door, in The Malcolm Hotel and offers great food, wine and beer. We highly recommend Monday night $20 burger and beer night - the best burger in town! There's a number of artisan retailers within Spring Creek Mountain Village, and it's a lovely 5 minute walk via Policeman's Creek boardwalk to Canmore's Main St Canmore.
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.

So relaxing!!

Totally enjoyed the beautiful mountain view, didn’t want to leave our suite! Jane was an excellent host and we had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Another plus was we could book the hot tub and have it to ourselves, instead of sharing with other guests and the view from the hot tub was amazing!!

We had a really great stay at Jane’s place. The location was stunning - so peaceful and gorgeous, but also very close to downtown Canmore! The walk along the creek to dinner was stunning. We also loved the extra amenities like the hot tub for after dinner.

Jane's place exceeded our expectations - from the seamless check-in to the beautiful mountain views. We appreciated the keyless entry -we just needed a simple code to get into the building and the garage. We also felt very welcome by a personalized greeting and a chocolate treat! Nice touch. The place was spotless, roomy, and had a well equipped kitchen. The heated bathroom floor and the hot tub were added bonuses but you've got to be quick to book the spa or it will not be available. Downtown eateries and bars easily accessible on foot. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Canmore region. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

In the heart of Canmore - dreamy location right next to the Malcom Hotel & the Main Street in Canmore. Tons of delicious restaurants in walking distance. 30 minutes from Downtown Banff, 1 hour from Lake Louise, Kootenay & Spray Lakes Reservoir. Ideal location for hiking.
Gorgeous, spacious unit that offered Mountain View’s and tons of natural light. Kitchen and bathroom were crystal clean and bed was comfy. Nice to be able to use the washer and dryer for a longer stay. Also, utilized the kitchen for some home cooked meals.
Jane took care of all of our needs and had quick and excellent communication.
Will be very difficult to park in the parkade if you have a midsize SUV or larger. It is manageable but you’ll have to drop off your passengers and unload before parking. (If there are cars on both sides)
Would 10/10 stay in one or Jane’s properties again and absolutely recommend checking this place out. Very homey and comfortable stay.

Janes condo was perfect for our stay. Well appointed, very safe, quiet and accessible to Canmore town centre. There is a beautiful river and pedestrian walkway across the road and as well as town centre there are lovely restaurants next door.
We loved the view of the mountains from the deck which was lovely in the afternoon and evening sun.

This was a perfect place to stay! The condo was immaculate, the decor was tasteful, the bed was very comfortable and our host was lovely. It’s so close to the National Parks and restaurants in Canmore you can’t go wrong. Also, the setting next to the river with gorgeous walking paths was really a bonus. Jane’s place is stunning! It is the perfect location to enjoy Canmore with some road trips to Lake Louise and Banff. Walking distance into the main town and lots of great cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful hikes and lots to do in the area. We loved our stay at Utopia. The apartment was very comfy and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. I throughly enjoyed many long soaks in the huge tub after long days walking the local trails in below 0c temperatures.
The shared hot tub was also brilliant, easy to book and on the same floor as the apartment.
It was a quick easy walk to Main St and all it has to offer. The view from the apartment was splendid and the walks around Spring Creek and Bow River were so pretty. We really loved Canmore’s laid back vibe.
The apartment provided us with the perfect base for our Canmore getaway and we had a lovely relaxing stay.
The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to any requests we had and the apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. I would recommend Jane & Shaun as hosts to anyone wishing to stay in Canmore.
I hope that one day we can return again. Maybe next time in the Summer time for a different experience.
